OUR MISSION IS TO ACCELERATE ECONOMIC PRODUCTIVITY IN VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HBCUs AND REGIONAL ECONOMIES.
The National Institute of Inclusive Competitiveness is building a new economic infrastructure to increase MVP productivity by at least 1% GDP in one generation.
The NIIC is a national hub of Inclusive Competitive Strategists positioned to play a critical role planning and implementing strategies that increase the asset ownership, intergenerational wealth, and job creation productivity of high need regions.
We work with HBCU leaders, students, faculty, staff and alumni to build their capacity to sustain their beloved institution, its surrounding community, and global partners.

REDEFINING COMPETITIVENESS
Economic competitiveness is essential for U.S. prosperity, which has largely grown to benefit the wealth and quality of life of white America. MVPs will need corresponding education and economic frameworks to achieve parity (where two things are equal even if they are different).
The NIIC operationalizes the Inclusive Competitiveness framework of visionary Johnathan Holifield, Esq., which sets the stage for strategic planning and execution to achieve parity through redesigned economic policy, education practices and leadership advocacy.
The NIIC’s purpose is to create conditions for robust MVP STEM talent development, entrepreneurship and job creation in the innovation economy
